Your role

As an ICT Business Analyst, you actively participate in the daily management and support activities of the IAM applications. You will answer user questions, maintain security profiles and user management, adapt application settings and perform daily checks.

You will:

• Maintain, coordinate, and implement controls within the organization to comply with regulations
• Analyze security processes, translate regulatory requirements to functional requirements and implementations
• Actively participate in various projects which can impact multiple applications
• Cooperate with and manage vendors of our software solutions
• Work together with consultants and consultancy firms. These are entities that FMO has contracted for parts of the ICT services

Our offer

The salary range for this role is around € 70K gross per year based on 32 hours, depending on your experience. Please note that this position is 80% of one full time equivalent position, 32 hours per week.

Your team

The ICT department oversees the ICT activities within FMO and consists of four teams: Infrastructure, Generic Applications, Product administration & reporting and Application Development. All teams work with clear guidance from Enterprise Architecture and Quality & Control.

The ICT Generic Applications team has the responsibility to manage and maintain our business applications. These applications service the Front Office, Corporate functions, and Risk department. Essentially, they cover the entirety of FMO's operations. The team is also in charge of the Identity & Access Management process and procedures and the supporting applications and tooling. The Generic Applications team is currently seeking an Identity and Access Management Specialist. The role involves managing a crucial information security management process. This includes also enhancing the supporting applications and tools.

Within the ICT domain, you will be in charge of to confirm adherence to information security procedures. Furthermore, you'll enforce controls that let us to provide financial services securely. These services are aimed at entrepreneurs in developing nations. You 'll need to understand our products, processes and organization. By interfacing with colleagues in the business you identify and define the right solutions for their needs. That could involve anything from streamlining processes to exploring and implementing brand new technologies. See for more info ICT Landing Page - FMO

Your education:

• As a minimum you hold a bachelor's degree and have well-known overall ICT knowledge
• Knowledge of and expertise in one or more fields is necessary: Information Security, DNB good practice and Identity & Access Management
• Analytical and problem-solving skills are equally important as IT skills

Your experience:

• You have at least five years of experience in an ICT security role
• You have experience translating regulatory and information security requirements into IT solutions, as well as implementing procedures and controls
• You are familiar with an Agile way of working
• You have experience in managing and maintaining IAM applications and tooling for example SailPoint, CyberArk (PAM), Azure PIM etc.
• You have affinity with the technical part of application management and have an automate first mindset.
