Your role

As a Business Process Officer, you will play a key role in our Business Process Management team. You will collaborate with every department at our organization to improve how we manage and carry out processes. This includes driving the introduction of continuous process improvements. You will join a team of seven devoted coworkers. Together, you will work on daily challenges. Aiming to promote learning, enhance skills, and achieve the best performance. The BPM team operates within the Business Process Transformation department.

Your responsibilities are in the areas of:

Process Analysis & Design

Based on your expertise in the field of (investment) banking, as a Business Process Officer you will map out process issues and potential for improvement.

You are proposing pragmatic solutions to enhance, redesign and digitize processes. You will work together with the business to design clear processes. These will match regulatory rules and blend smoothly into our BPM and workflow systems.

Process Improvement

As a Business Process Officer, you will use your knowledge of processes and workflows to drive improvements. These changes will boost the overall efficiency of operations.

Process Documentation

You will be in charge of documenting processes, roles, responsibilities and process flows. You'll collaborate with process owners, managers product owners and project leads.

The salary for this position ranges from 75 - 85 k (full-time, gross per year), depending on your experience. Also, we provide a comprehensive benefits package like:

• 31 holidays and the opportunity to working remotely abroad for 60 working days in a rolling period of 12 months.

Please note, for this role you are preferable are living in the Netherlands.

Your team

The Business Process Transformation department takes a proactive role in directing our long-term change management process. Achieving this involves adapting to new conditions, requirements, and business objectives. We carefully align these with its overarching strategy. The department is divided into three teams: Enterprise Architecture, Digitalization Program and the BPM team.

Your background

You easily build relationships within an organization and can explain complex matters simply. You possess persuasive skills and the ability to collectively make well-informed decisions. You are a team player who can also work independently. Collaborating to achieve results is your driving force. You have a strong affinity with ICT/data and change management. Your English is fluent in both spoken and written communication.
