Your role

This role blends strategic management with hands-on approach to improve HR services, optimizing operational efficiency, and implement talent acquisition strategies. You should have a proven track record in HR operations, a solid understanding of talent acquisition methodologies, and a passion for operational excellence.

Responsibilities include overseeing the HR Services team (5 people) and the Talent Acquisition team (6 people), ensuring the achievement of operational objectives, and consistently enhancing the quality of our processes to improve the candidate and employee experience. And furthermore you are responsible for:

  • Cultivating a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
  • Translating organizational strategies into yearly objectives for the teams to ensure alignment with broader company goals.
  • Spearheading FMO's Talent Acquisition strategy overseeing the talent acquisition funnel, employer brand, talent pipelining and hiring process in collaboration with the team.
  • Supervising the design, development, and execution of processes at key touchpoints in the employee cycle, in alignment with the HR transformation roadmap.
  • Driving change management initiatives to ensure successful adoption and utilization of new systems and processes.
  • Developing HR metric reporting, leveraging employee data to gain insights into talent analytics, employee engagement, career development, and evolving needs to shape our people strategy.
  • Planning and overseeing HR projects and programs, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Ensuring compliance with payroll protocols, company policies, and legal requirements, and implementing audit and control measures within team practices.
  • Partnering with HR Business Partners, Training & Development, Compensation & Benefits, and other key stakeholders to define KPIs, performance benchmarks, and where applicable, service level agreements, fostering collaboration and efficiency across functions.

Our offer

  • Gross yearly salary of between EUR 100K - 135K (including holiday allowance and 13th month salary), depending on seniority, years of experience and background.
  • Premium free pension.
  • 31 holidays.
  • Working remotely abroad for 60 days in a rolling period of 12 months.
  • Hybrid way of working (50/50).

Your team

As an important member of the HR Management Team reporting to the HR Director, this role collaborates with the Talent & Development Manager, HR Business Partnering Manager, and HR Specialist in Compensation and Benefits. In this role you will lead and mentor a diverse team of 11 individuals in the HR Services & Talent Acquisition teams.

Your background

  • Master's degree with specialisation in Human Resources is preferred.
  • A minimum of 4 years' experience managing a multidisciplinary team.
  • A preference for candidates with experience in the financial service sector.
  • At least 10 years of progressive HR experience; with a strong preference for candidates with previous HR Operations experience, focusing on HR services and Talent Acquisition.
  • Proven experience driving the talent acquisition strategy to attract, recruit, and keep top talent.
  • Proven track record in driving operational improvements through (HR) systems, and leading change initiatives.
  • Passion for employee experience, brand and culture and demonstrated knowledge in how this translates to HR processes and technology.
  • Knowledge of integrated HR Information System (HRIS) systems and processes.
