Your role

As a key member of our HR Management Team at FMO, reporting to the HR Director, you will drive our vision to create an empowering work environment for our people. By leveraging the expertise of Talent Acquisition, HR Services and HR Business Partners, you develop a comprehensive T&D strategy that addresses skill gaps and talent needs. Your role is pivotal in shaping meaningful careers and impact aligned with our purpose. You will lead a team of up to four professionals and will be responsible for developing and implementing the T&D strategy, both in the capacity as leader of the team and as a senior specialist for leadership at FMO.

Responsibilities include:

  • Develop and execute a robust talent development and learning strategy for organizational growth.
  • Ensure the quality and relevance of talent development initiatives, aligning them with targeted outcomes.
  • Implement succession planning strategies to identify and develop internal talent, ensuring a robust pipeline of future (leadership) talent within the organization.
  • Lead the talent review process, collaborating with internal stakeholders to identify and nurture top talent.
  • Design learning paths for both managerial and non-managerial tracks.
  • Implement interventions nurturing leadership at all levels, in line with our Values in Action model.
  • Lead the FMO Academy, ensuring structured, accessible, engaging learning paths aligned with our 2030 strategy.
  • Keep learning policies up-to-date, accessible, and fit for purpose.
  • Coach and mentor, the Talent and Development team, staying current on trends for practical application.
  • Champion a culture that enables individuals to realize their full potential, from onboarding throughout their career journey at FMO.
  • Create buy-in from teams, the organization, and stakeholders through your vision and ideas.
  • Forge strong alliances with relevant stakeholders to advance the T&D team agenda.
  • Emphasize the importance of Diversity & Inclusion in talent and development initiatives.

Our offer

  • Gross yearly salary of between EUR 100K - 125K (including holiday allowance and 13th month salary), depending on seniority, years of experience and background.
  • Premium free pension.
  • 31 holidays.
  • Working remotely abroad for 60 days in a rolling period of 12 months.
  • Hybrid way of working (50/50).

Your background

  • Master's degree in HR, Organizational Psychology, Adult Education, or a relevant field.
  • 10+ years in HR or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years' team management experience in talent and development.
  • Proven track record in designing and executing impactful talent development strategies in dynamic organizations.
  • Extensive experience in implementing learning interventions with measurable positive outcomes.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong organizational relationships and foster trust among diverse stakeholders using high-engagement approaches.
  • Resilient and visionary leader with a pulse on the latest trends and best practices in talent development and learning.
  • Brings clarity, efficiency, and a human-centred approach to organizing learning and talent development teams and interventions.
  • Proven ability to deliver under pressure with strong organizational awareness.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Fluent in English, both oral and written.
