Can you drive development of the next winning Venture for NN Ventures? Are you a seasoned UX Designer with a passion for developing innovative solutions for individuals approaching retirement age? NN Ventures is seeking a Senior UX Designer to join our team and help us bring new ventures to life.

Wat ga je doen?

As a Senior UX Designer at NN Ventures, you will have the opportunity to work on developing new ventures within the Carefree Retirement domain, focusing on finding and developing new insights and translating them into concrete proposals. You will be responsible for leading the user experience design process, from research and ideation to prototyping and testing. You'll be helping your team in solving real customer problems by ensuring the full UX design process is applied, from discovery to validation. Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the venture team to define user experience goals and requirements for new ventures within the Carefree Retirement domain
• Conduct user research and analysis to inform design decisions for new ventures
• Develop user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes for new ventures
• Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on user feedback
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in UX design and apply them to the development of new ventures
• Apart from your responsibilities in the team, you participate in the NN Design Guild

• A relevant bachelor or master degree
• 7+ years of UX Design experience in an Agile setting
• Deep experience with applying your user research, information architecture, and (mobile) interaction design skills
• Experience organizing and/or facilitating creative sessions, and co-creating with other colleagues to create shared ownership of designs
• Experience with modern design and prototyping tools, particularly Figma (Enterprise)
• Dutch and English language skills at a professional level

Je zal samenwerken met

As a Senior UX Designer at NN Ventures, you will be an integral part of the venture team, working closely with the Senior Customer Researcher and the Head of Venture Exploration to oversee the development of new ventures for NN to invest in. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve working with domain experts within the Carefree Retirement topic to add industry insights to the development of these new ventures.

Your efforts will contribute to NN Ventures' ambition to launch 3-4 new ventures on a yearly basis with seasoned entrepreneurs. It is your role to ensure that ideas are translated into actual, sizeable business propositions that can be presented to the investment committee. The Exploration team is responsible for filling the pipeline of new propositions and services, and you will play a key role in developing these propositions to a high standard.

Outside the team, you're a member of the NN Design Guild. With over 50 designers from all corners of the company, we discuss our craft and make sure we keep learning and developing together. All designers get together on a regular basis for knowledge sharing, inspiration sessions, and co-creation. This way, we always have creative minds to spar with. And have drinks with of course!
