Your role

Together with your ICT colleagues, you -as a Technical Application Manager- will ensure that FMO has the business processes and IT systems needed to provide financial services to entrepreneurs in developing countries. To cater to the needs of the organization, understanding our products, business processes, and organization will help you a lot in identifying and providing suitable solutions. That could be anything from streamlining processes to exploring and implementing brand-new technologies.

In this role you will focus on applications in the Private Equity domain. In this role, eFront's knowledge and experience is highly valued. Especially the programming languages and integration tools and scripts have your special attention.

Your tasks:

• The daily management of applications and support involves responding to user queries, maintaining security profiles, and managing users. It also requires adapting application settings and conducting routine checks.
• Make business processes analysis and translate business requirements to functional requirements and implementations.
• Design, develop, configure, test and release eFront solutions.
• Actively participate in various projects which can impact multiple applications.
• Cooperate with and manage vendors of our software packages.
• Work together and manage consultants or consultancy firms. We contract these entities for parts of the ICT service components.

Our offer

The salary range for this role is around € 80-90 K (full time, gross per year), depending on your experience.

Your team

The ICT department is in charge of the ICT activities within our organization and consists of four enthusiastic teams. Namely: ICT Infrastructure, ICT Service Desk, ICT Applications and ICT Application Development. All teams work with clear guidance from Enterprise Architecture and Quality & Control.

The whole organization will be around 800 employees at the end of 2023, and we count with more than 65 nationalities. We are a diverse and dynamic team. With the main mission of contributing to a better world investing in emerging countries and in vulnerable populations.
